How to set email send time in outlook 2010

In Microsoft Outlook you can set schedule or delay time for delivering the email after you click Send button. the email will be in the outbox depend on setting time you are already made.

Compose the new email, setting delay time, and then Send the email.
In Microsoft Outlook 2010 to set delay delivery  email follow steps below :

• Compose/create New Email
• Go to Options tab
• Choose Delay Delivery

How to remove PDF password without editor

How to remove password protected PDF document without PDF Editor software such as Adobe Professional, PDF Pro, etc.

We can do removing the PDF password only by using Google Chrome browser.

• Run/open  Google Chrome browser
• Open the PDF Protected file that you want to remove its password, (press Ctrl+O for open file menu).

Convert Date to The Day in Ms Excel

In the computer it is easy to know what day of the date given. Open the time and date setting and change the date, month, and year that you want to know, and then the day will appear.

In this post I will tell you how to show the day of the date given in Microsoft Excel.

• Open Microsoft Excel
• Give the name for rows, example : Date and Day 
• B2 cell will display name of day automatically depends the value of B1 cell (day,month,year)

How to repair pst file in Outlook 2010

PST (Personal Storage Table) files, or also called Personal Folders File is a file extension used by Microsoft Outlook to store email data  in a local computer, personal folder or archive folder.

If you get your pst file in error so you can't open your email inside that personal/archive folder, you can try to repair/fix  that PST file using internal tool  from microsoft outlook , the tool is :  Scanpst.exe.

In Microsoft Outlook 2010, location of Scanpst.exe file is :
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
or if using 64 bit windows :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14
(generally local drive for program files is C , maybe different with yours, D, E...?)

To fix PST file if error in Ms Outlook 2010
• Close Microsoft Outlook

How to Know IP Address in Windows 8

When your  computer  connected to a network, use LAN cable or use wireless (wifi), it has an IP (Internet Protocol) address.

There are two ways to find out the IP address on a Windows computer, through the Command (DOS) or go to the network connection menu.

How To Run Application Via Email

You can run the application you have in your computer using the email for the trigger. From anywhere you send email with Subject that already set in the rule of email client software and then when the email received, it will instruct to run the Application.

To set rule for running Application using email, you have to use email client software such as Microsoft Outlook or others.
I am here using Microsoft Outlook 2010 for the Email client software and use email from Gmail.

Now if you already have email on Ms. Outlook, you can see the example below how to set rule for running the application using Subject as a trigger in Microsoft Outlook 2010.
(also you can use Ms. Outlook 2003 or 2007, with little different in menu)

Here in example I want to run Notepad when receive the e-mail with subject : run_notepad
(of course you can set different application, different subject, up to you)

• Open Microsoft Outlook 2010
• Go to File tab
• Choose Manage Rules & Alerts

IMAP, Internet Message Access Protocol, is protocol for e-mail retrieval.
Gmail offer this protocol to all Gmail users  free of charge, so they can use email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird to access, send or receive their Gmail.

Server for Incoming Mail : IMAP - Requires SSL
imap.gmail.com
Port : 993
Requires SSL :Yes

Server Outgoing Mail : SMTP - Requires TLS
smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465 or 587
Requires SSL : Yes
Requires authentication : Yes
Use same settings as incoming mail server

How To Solve Outlook Can't Open or Save The Mail Attachment

This post how to solve a problem with Microsoft Outlook, where user cannot open or save the mail attachment.

When you click to open the attachment file, the file can not be opened and there is a warning like this :
Can not create file ... Right - click the folder you want to create the file in , and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

When  you try to save-as the attachment file, files can not be saved, and there is a warning as below :
